Privacy Policy
How Autorixa collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our AI-powered website, SEO and growth platform.
Last updated: August 25, 2026
1. Introduction
Autorixa is a business-to-business software platform that helps companies create and manage their websites, SEO, content, advertising and lead workflows with the help of AI. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Autorixa platform and the websites we host for our customers, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to www.autorixa.com and to the Autorixa application.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information we need to operate the platform. Depending on how you use Autorixa, this may include the categories below.
2.1 Information you provide
Account details such as your name, email address and password credentials handled by our authentication provider; messages you send us through contact or support forms; and any files, text, images or notes you upload into the platform.
2.2 Account and business information
Information about the business you manage in Autorixa, such as company name, industry, services, service areas, business phone and email, brand assets, website content and the configuration of your workspace. If you are an agency, this includes the business information of the clients you manage.
2.3 Website, contact and lead information
Websites published through Autorixa may include contact or quote forms. When a visitor submits one, the submitted details (for example name, email, phone and message) are stored in the workspace of the business that owns the website, so that business can respond. Autorixa processes this data on behalf of that business.
2.4 Usage and technical information
Standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring source, timestamps and interaction events. We use this to keep the service secure, to analyse aggregate performance and to produce the analytics shown to our customers about their own websites.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. Websites published through Autorixa include a consent banner where analytics or non-essential cookies apply, and non-essential categories are only used after consent is given. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but strictly necessary cookies are required for sign-in to work.
4. Google integrations and OAuth
Autorixa can connect to Google services you already own, so the platform can read your own marketing data. Connections are made with Google OAuth: you sign in with your Google account, review the exact permissions requested and can decline at any time. Depending on which integration you enable, Autorixa may request access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile and Google Ads. We only request read-oriented access for the accounts and properties you explicitly select.
5. How Google user data is accessed and used
Google data is used only to deliver the features you asked for inside your own workspace: showing performance metrics, generating SEO and content recommendations, and reporting on advertising and search visibility. We store only the tokens needed to maintain the connection and the metrics we display or analyse. We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising to you, we do not transfer it to third parties except the infrastructure providers that host the platform on our behalf, and we do not use it to train generalised AI models. You can disconnect a Google account at any time from the integrations area, which revokes our stored tokens; you may also revoke access directly in your Google account settings.
6. AI-powered features and processing
Several Autorixa features use AI models to draft content, analyse a website or produce recommendations. To do this, the relevant business information you provided or approved is sent to the AI provider that powers the feature and processed to return a result. AI output is generated automatically, is presented for your review and approval, and is not a substitute for professional advice. We do not use your business content to train public AI models.
7. How we use information
To provide, maintain and improve the platform; to authenticate you and secure accounts; to generate the websites, SEO pages, content, reports and recommendations you request; to deliver transactional email such as invitations, notifications and lead alerts; to process payments and subscriptions; to provide support; to detect abuse or fraud; and to comply with legal obligations.
8. Service providers and processors
We rely on a small set of vendors to run the platform, including cloud hosting and database infrastructure, authentication, transactional email delivery, payment processing and AI model providers. These providers process data only to perform services for us and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
9. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers described above, with the business or agency workspace that owns the data, with other users you invite into your workspace, and where required by law or to protect our rights. If Autorixa is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset transfer, data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
10. Data retention
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting obligations. Integration tokens are kept only while the connection is active. When a workspace is deleted, associated content is removed or anonymised, other than records we are required to retain.
11. Data security
The platform is served over HTTPS, credentials are handled by our authentication provider, access to customer data is scoped per workspace with row-level authorisation rules in the database, and administrative access is limited to what is necessary to operate the service. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us promptly about any suspected unauthorised access.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can update most account information directly in the platform. For other requests, contact us and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
13. Account and data deletion requests
You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time through our contact page. We will confirm the request, disconnect any linked Google or third-party accounts and delete the workspace data, except records we must legally retain. If you only want to remove a third-party connection, disconnecting it in the integrations area is enough.
14. Third-party services
When you connect a third-party service, or follow a link to one, that provider's own privacy policy governs how it handles your data. We recommend reviewing the policies of the services you connect, including Google.
15. International users
Autorixa is operated online and our infrastructure providers may process and store data in data centres located in different countries, including the United States. By using the platform you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, protected by the safeguards our providers apply.
16. Children's privacy
Autorixa is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
17. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves or as legal requirements change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be communicated in the platform or by email.
18. Contact
Questions, privacy requests or data deletion requests can be sent through our contact page at www.autorixa.com/contact.
