Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the Autorixa platform, including accounts, integrations, AI-generated content, billing and acceptable use.

Last updated: August 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using Autorixa, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Autorixa on behalf of a company or agency, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation, and “you” means that organisation.

2. Description of the service

Autorixa is a subscription software platform that helps businesses build and manage their online presence. Depending on your plan, features may include AI-assisted website generation and hosting, SEO pages and content, blog publishing, analytics reporting, Google integrations, advertising intelligence, lead capture and CRM tools, and agency management features. Features evolve over time as the platform is developed.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account or under accounts you invite into your workspace. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the business information, claims, offers, prices and contact details you publish through Autorixa, for holding any licences or registrations your business requires, and for ensuring that your published websites and campaigns comply with applicable law, including advertising, consumer protection and privacy rules.

5. Authorised third-party integrations

Some features require you to connect accounts you own on third-party services. By connecting an account you confirm you are authorised to grant that access. You may disconnect at any time; features that depend on the connection will stop working. We are not responsible for changes, outages, policy decisions or data limits imposed by third-party providers.

6. Google integrations

Where you enable Google integrations, Autorixa accesses only the Google accounts, properties and data you explicitly select, using Google OAuth, and only to deliver the features requested inside your workspace. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms. Autorixa does not sell Google user data and does not use it for purposes unrelated to the features you enabled. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. AI-generated content and recommendations

Autorixa uses AI to draft content and produce analyses, scores and recommendations. AI output is generated automatically, may contain errors or omissions, and is provided for your review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it is published or acted upon, and AI output is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Recommendations about search rankings, traffic, advertising performance or business results are not guarantees of outcomes.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Autorixa to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful or adult content; to impersonate another business; to attempt spam, malware, scraping, penetration or denial-of-service activity; to circumvent access controls, plan limits, credit metering or tenant boundaries; to resell the platform outside an authorised agency arrangement; or to reverse engineer the service. We may suspend access for behaviour that endangers the platform or other customers.

9. Intellectual property

Autorixa, including the platform software, interfaces, templates, engines, documentation, brand names and logos, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during your subscription, and no other rights are granted by implication.

10. Customer content and data

You retain ownership of the business content and data you provide, and of the website content produced for your business through the platform. You grant us the rights needed to host, store, process, adapt and display that content in order to deliver the service, including through our infrastructure and AI providers. You confirm you have the rights to any text, images, logos or other material you upload.

11. Subscription, billing and payment

Paid plans, setup fees and credit packs are billed through our payment processor as described at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew for the stated period until cancelled. Credits are consumed by generation, AI and research features; consumed credits are non-refundable. Applicable taxes may be added. Unpaid or failed invoices may result in suspension of paid features.

12. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing area or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid period. Unless required by law, fees already paid and credits already consumed are not refunded.

13. Third-party services

The platform depends on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, payments, AI models and marketing data. Their terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, pricing changes or availability.

14. Availability and platform changes

We aim to keep Autorixa available and reliable, but the service is provided on an ongoing development basis and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, provider incidents or factors outside our control. We may add, change, deprecate or remove features, and will avoid unnecessary disruption to core functionality where reasonably possible.

15. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these terms and to the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific ranking, traffic, lead volume or revenue result will be achieved.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your content, your business practices, your use of the platform in breach of these terms, or your infringement of the rights of a third party.

18. Termination

You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the platform, fail to pay, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the platform ends and your workspace data may be deleted after a reasonable period, subject to records we must retain.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms as the platform and legal requirements evolve. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be communicated in the platform or by email. Continuing to use the service after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

20. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page at www.autorixa.com/contact.
